Yeah, your LS is killing you.
On a server as old as Intrepid, I'd say it's already had at least one900+ OQ 700ish CD Link-Steel spawn.
Your handlers and everything else looks alright, just the aluminum holding you back.
/sigh
Oh well. Anyone on Intrepid know how long it's been since a decent spawn....if I just missed one I will cry.

on Valcyn we have a linksteel thats approx 9xx OQ and 7xx CD, I'm using a copper that is OQ+CD 1824 my power handlers are 20/40 -.4 and my rifle barrels are 9/9 -.45 I have never been higher than 397
The speed is 5.6.
I use an arvanced rifle barrel the damage hits 400, and speed goes up to 5.8, almost doesn't seem worth it

Hmm.
My Lasers hit 403 max. I've got 9/9 -.46 barrels, 20/41 -.41 ABPHs, 944 CD/960 OQ copper and 917 OQ/~700ish CD Link-Steel.
Maybe the CD on my Link-Steel is higher than I remember, but I would think your Lasers would be hitting 400 max now.
I'm a recent master on Intrepid and I've had some success with firearms since gathering up a fair amount of resources and testing out different combinations. I have managed to make republic blasters, scout blasters, flamethrowers, EE3s, FWG5s, and DX2s that all fall in the realm of a good weapon. Not elite but the stats match what you would expect to see based on what I've read here and seen at other smith's shops.
However I am tearing my hair out trying to make a decent laser rifle. My max damage is never higher than 391 unless I add a stock.
This is what I'm currently using. Can someone point me in the direction of what I'm doing wrong?
Link steel aluminum: Quadihebah CD 698 OQ 516 (this is the culprit I suspect but can't find anything better)
Non-Ferrous Metal: Amoukide CD 992 OQ 872
Metal: Amoukide CD 992 OQ 872
Advance Blaster Power Handlers : 20-40 -0.4something can't remember (work great in everything though)
Blaster Rifle Barrel: don't remember but fully experimented for damage.
I have tried a couple different combinations but all seem to give similar results to this. What are good realistic stats for linksteel aluminum? At this point I'm just not making laser rifles and won't until I can find the resources to correct this issue. Help!
