Unless I misunderstoof TH, the DEVs should have a post out for us today? It is nearly close of businesson the east coast and nothing. Did I miss it?

Ya, I want to see the "explanation- justification" of the wholesale breakage of crafting myself...

First, SOE is PST...so they go by that schedule...secondly he said hed post it so just hurry up and wait. Maybe tomorrow

I want to see their logic behind this too. I really they can at least post it today like promised, if they indeed are going to carry out the changes.

Heh- nowhere to be found...
Kind of like my $15 bucks a month if this is in fact "Strike Three."
Strike One being Holocrons.
Strike Two being Jedi Permadeath taken away.
Strike Three...a possible Crafting Nerf that is a BETA change being made in a LIVE game.
Get with it Devs. Fix, not nerf.

But that's nothing new. In fact, it's exactly what Thunderheart has shown since he started, and what others before him did. Unfortunately, there is no other way to do anything than just cancelling your accounts. If you keep paying, you pay SOE to be treated like this. It's always been like this, and it will always be. Until WoW comes...

Maybe they came to their senses and decided not to nerf crafting.
We can always hope, can't we?
On second thought strike that, coming to one's senses requires that they had some sense to begin with.

I know, I really want to see how wherer they are coming from on this. They didn't really "promise" to post it yesterday, that was just the ETA. But it is poor form to not give a new ETA if you miss the one you set out. It's called (everyone say it together) com....mun...i...ca...tion. If you can't delever when you say, simply come back and say it will take alitle longer and give an updated time to expect it. That takes like... 30 seconds, keeps us in the loop and happy and is actually commuicating with us like the devs say they want to.
On a side note I don't think it bodes well that it is taking so long for them to give us a good explanation. If this was well thought our beforehand then it should have been easy to give a good compelling explanation. Instead it's taking days (or weeks depending on how you look at it).

Very good point. It should be:
"Let's just write down our ideas, or even give them this design document we have written prior to implementing this"
Instead, it seems to be:
"Hmm, let's look at the code and understand what we have done here. And now, let's come up with some reasons why this is better. Oh, and someone told the players that would be what they have asked for. So we need to find a good argument for that as well."

Well teh devs are always willing to reconsider...they did reverse the backpack on vendors nerf...
