i got this with some krayt dragon scales i looted, i got 9 of them and one is a green name.

Re-read my post. 
The green one signifies that the entire DROP (including the other cubes) is enhanced. That's how they do it. It's up to you to inventory your stock and keep like product/cores/whatever together.

I picked upthree identicalGeonosian Sword Cores from the bazaar right after the lab opened. All three of them have OK stats, however, the name of one of the three is green (ie, like a skill tape or an 'magic' weapon/shirt/whatever). Has anyone seen this before and, if so, did it give any special bonuses when used to craft a weapon?

The Green one simply signifies that the drop was not of the common variety (i.e. higher damge or faster speed than normal Geonosian Sword Core drops).

That's really weird then, sinceit has the exact same stats as the other twoandthe same serial number. I don't see why one of the three would show up as 'enhanced' when it is exactly the same as the other two.
