how'd you get the min dmg so high? Exceptional looted projectile barrels?

So, with cryptic replies and little else, youve still got these weapons floating round on Tempest?

Logix...give us a headsup, can you find out if theres a legit way to craft a 0.0 speed FWG5?

Yes there is a legit way, and since someone as yourself bothered to ask in a non-flaming manner... (all the WS's who saw the pics on my server only questioned my intergerty right off the bat )

I shall answer your question......

These pistols used looted SCOPES Not barrels , as some would like you to believe, the scopes were had stats simular to the barrels, but again as the barrel thread explains,, these were not used in the guns.

I looted those barrels way after the scopes I used, as I outlined in the barrel thread,which people who CANT read posted above. Amazes me how people cant bother to read before they post, but oh well thats not my problem.

Our server has been plaged with campers when a nice spot for loot is known, people often even post flames because they cant camp certain spots over others and insinuate the ones grabbing the loot are cheaters(seems to be the common misconeption by some to proclaim expliots or imply fraud pics right off the bat on anything they can loot or know instantly)......this is one reason why i never posted what I used or how i obtained my componets....Not everyone would camp these spots but im sure, but a handful would, just like the caves,post flames etc.

These weapons can be crafted 100% legit with the right looted componets, I will disclose that much info,

as to what drops them and where, well i see no reason in disclosing what I (and a few of my friends) have came across...... some things are best keep hush, and to be best found on your own.....to me this is only common sense

Should read as looted SCOPES and barrels........... was odd as with these ones the scopes had stats scopes dont normally have...

But again these were 100% legit

My comments about the barrels comes from posting newly loot barrels which many implied in the above posted link that my newly looted barrels where used in these guns that were already crafted.....almost the same, yes ......the same NO....

there was in no way shape of form 'hiding a secret" as anyone who reads the thread I posted pics, nothing more nothing less,,,, no words....... and I got flamed right off the bat (people did apologise as did I to them for getting heated in defending my integerty)

Again, im sorry for any information not being fully given in my other posts..........But this posts simply asks for master weaponsmiths opinions, I had no Idea that on my server it would create such a frenzy i figured others musta have made these before to, after all everyone on my server whos been around Boosts non-stop about what being a veteran is.

I will never again post pics of my weapons that are 100% legit on my servers forums again.....God forbid what they would say about the carbine and laser rifle.......let alone a pre-nerf acklay bone tangle pistol.

I am still courious to any veteran master weaponsmiths opinions about pricing and thoughts about these guns.......weaponsmiths who truly take pride in the crafting , not the ones who merely pop factorys upon factorys full of garbage But the true to the craft die hards who strive to make the best, thats who I would love to hear from for any insight opinions or discussions about weapons of this calibur.

(and yes we already know about speed caps)

Iwonder if you can be so kind and give us stats of these amazzing loot items that you have used?

Fair enough, and i applaud some of these responses, makes me see why I should have kept this in the weaponsmiths forums and not my galaxy forums... lol...

Hmmm off the top of my head the both componets were 'exceptional' - having that listed in there names

barrels were 100/50 -2.0 ish i believe with 30 wound I believe

scopes were similar to the theme park with speed reductions

The tissues used were +56 -.607 (I hated to use these because with the other parts this speed was lost, but it was one of the best tissues i had on hand at the time that wasnt part of a lot. and i wanted to make one of these soooo bad at the time)

We are currently working on getting what is needed to get ahold of a 100+ tissue to be used in a new scatter along with some 100/52 damage 40 wound +30 range barrels.

I used only the best resources to date our server (tempest) has spawned.

I hope this helps understand these guns a little more.......I can not stress it enough and feel obligated to each time I discuss these after the torment i went through-------- 100% legit

Oh let me add one more thing, and this has puzzled me since I crafted these

some of them i have made have finished at 0.0 speeds while others are 0.1

while crafting these it seemed that when the speed hit 0.0 and i applied another point exprimenting, the speed would kick to 0.1 , apply a new exprimenting point, back to 0.0, apply another point back to 0.1

If any one else has made weapons that reached such speeds, i would be most honored if you could share some insight as to anything like this you noticed crafting them,

Also, I am a retired master pistoleer, master Bounty hunter, master smuggler, with +22 pistol speed mod armorand now I am currently master weaponsmith pistols 4 in marksmen (among a few other things in my template of current)

When i use my 0.0 fw5 I have noticed that i have hit the pistol speed cap LMAO without my armor or anything more then pistols 4, this is expected, but it seems the delay costs for speicals has slightly, not much, but slighty improved a bit, milliseconds at best, but enough to notice a difference, this could also just be my adrenaline flowing testing one of these out, or a matter of lag.

Also i have only tried this on one 0.0 FW5, (darn thing got a speed slice /cry) I added a speed power-up

The speed then read 1.0 ...............MY speed powerup added speed lol,,,, Ive yet to try adding one to a damage sliced or non-speed sliced model yet to see if there is any difference in this reguard.

Any comments from someone who has crafted and tested such a weapon is most honored

Well what goes around comes around.

I try not to bash ppl right away if something looks fishy because sometimes there are one good legit answer to it.

On the otherhand we have some ppl who cry cheat exploit etc when someone are showing something that are better that theirs.

I have heard of these ex barrels before. Ithink that it was one ex proj feed that got our FGW/Scatter/Lauchers nerfed in first place.

One scope that helps whit speed are a new thing for me tho.

But iam not stuned because whit all bad info that we get from devs it is not to unusial to find weird things.

I wish ya more luck to find more weird stuff.

Your next Project could be to get one flame thrower speed down to amazing low number (before slice)
