I was tooling around on my beginner character on Test Center. Yes the new vendor changes are quite harsh but something that shocked me I was trying to craft a stim pack for myself and when I clicked on a resource a little bar next to the Icon for what I was going to place it into came up and was yellow. It looks like we will get a visual bar that shows us how good a resource if we use it in that slot. Kind of takes the fun out of crafting though but cool none the less.

I think those changes rock! Its more than just the little bars beside the resource slot. If you look in the window that shows you the experimental qualities it show you numbers!!
