Lo there folks -i'm a pistoleer/smuggler, so forgive me if this is a dumb question.

Waaaaaay back in the mists of time, when the mythical Combat Revamp was first touted it wassuggested by the devs that they would be revamping the weapons in game so that there would actaully be a reason to carry some of the lower end weapons. I beleive the idea was somehting along the line sof having basic, intermediate and advanced versions of nearly all waepons.

Does anyone else remember this?

And has anyhting more come of it?
