is there any truth to this? is there such a thing as a 30 min resourse spawn?

There was a spawn of class 3 solid petro a few months ago that lasted less than 24hrs, thats the shortest Ive ever heard of. The resource you're referring to may have just gone un-noticed during its shift and was only documented right near the end?
