I hear wep pup's are good sorce of income but i have no clue at what is a good price (on raident) and for what amount in a factory i am not a combat class so grinding for money is kinda not an option any full time crafters lend me some advice?

Power ups are a decent sell, but that is an Artisan skill, not WS. MWS, allthough it seems silly, cant make a good Pup without Mstr Art.
And if your Mstr Art. a better sell is repair kits, weapons and armor.
For just starting MWS you dont have the materials to really make anything extrodinary. 98% of all the weapons people use more, will not be available until you find those key resources that only come round once in a blue moon, and tend to suck when they do. Best thing to do is focus on a line of weapon types, see what basicl materials you will need and get to mining. There is a guilde posted on this forum about grinding MWS, and in it is a link to a really good resource list that explains what you need and what stats need to be good.
Noobs need guns. Make some quality "noob" weapons (dlt20 rifle, D18 pistol, CDEF Carbine, metal staff, one hand swords, etc.), then sell them on the bazaar market at Mos Eisley. Even smugglers will buy crappy items for thier XP grinding. Downside is these are temporary items going to people with little to no money.
The ability you will have as a MWS is relected in your collection of materials.

Everybody wants the best, and nothng but. Same way for Armor Smith. There is no point to any of the armor, even the specialty loot stuff, as composite is the only armor that people will wear, other than novelty use. At beginner weapon smith, there is little you can really do to make money. It's a profession that has a much longer and more difficult grind after the enitial XP grind - finding those rare resources required to craft something useable. Ive been a MWS for over 3 months now I think, and Im still unable to craft most of the usefull weapons in the game, and many of the weapons I craft now are not as good as they could be. Hands down the hardest crafting profession there is.

I would recomend making C12 Grenades and selling them on the Bazaar.
You won't get rich, but you will fund your training.
I recommend Acquiring an Equipment Factory to make them in, so that can be sold by the crates.
Look at the other grenadesfor sale (Damage, Ranges) and price yours up or down based on compared Quality.
You can make them without needing Specialized resources, also find a good crafting station to work from.

Speaking as a one time commando, don't get too involved in making grenades until the commando grenade throwing ability is fixed. Due to the high HAM cost and the commando being unable to throw the grenade far enough to escape the blast radius(unless the MWSused ultra quality materials and had great experimentation results to improve the range) most commandos wont bother buying grenades, at least not more than once. One good shot from a grenade and an unbuffed commando is incapped. Not an impressive moment in combat.

As goofy as it sounds, I picked up TK alongside of MWS, so I could make money running missions. These guys are right. It's going to take you a LONG time to gather up all the resources you need to make top-quality stuff (it's true, people won't buy anything that isn't "the best" anymore).
I run a lot of missions to run my harvesters while I gather up everything I'll need. My humble suggestion is that you do the same. Take a break from WS (kinda) and do something else while you get all your resources up. Then, you'll be ready to enter the market.
