For specific "named" resources, I always will stockpile as much as I can. Since it is a specific resource (i.e. Irolunn Reactive Gas as opposed to just Reactive Gas) we don't have the luxury of picking and choosing the best stuff. Just grab it when you see it with the thought you wont see it again for another 2 months!

Grab it. It is used in the most produced item a WS makes. It HAS NOT spawned on Chilastra since early Sept. I ran out about 3 weeks ago and have pretty much closed shop until it spawns again.

We dont' have any on Wanderhome right now and I'm KICKING Myself for not stockpiling it when I found a good deposit after I got Novice WS.

It's Crutial to Adv Powerhandlers, which are Crutial to almost every ranged weapon.

Buy, beg and buy every gas extractor you can.

And also dont count on "this resource spawns often or rarely", it's 100% random, I think I read a server still never had or really recently had alantium carb ore when on Wanderhome we just had the 3rd spawning within 1 month or so, as someone said above Wanderhome didnt have irolunn for a while but another server had 2 irolunn at OQ above 900 1 or 2 weeks ago....

You can be lucky or not, but dont count on luck and hope a better qual spawns soon, just get it while it last

I have been stockpiling resources needed for weaponsmithing and I just ran across this one on Bria. The quality of it is terrible, but I have no idea of whether it is a rare spawn or if it shows up frequently. I'd hate to get to the point where I can make advanced components only to find this stuff shows up once every two months and I missed my window. Any guidance?

Eclipse never had irolunn untill a few weeks ago and then we had it spawn 3/4 times in a row now :>.

We had:

Nemee in July

Propoodee in August

Lemoth in August

But we really got going with Oerdeeeb, Otinocee, and Vooker spawning in September.

We didn't get Ostrine Carbonare Ore until mid-September but now we have had 2 spawns of it. (the first one being 995 OQ and I still have 180k of it) We have had a few spawns of Phrik Aluminum and Diatium Copper but not many high-quality spawns.

If you have none of any of the named resources, stockpile it until something better spawns.

...but doesn't list all resources. Open a 30k crate and you can check the stats of everything of a particular type. Check the stats and then just hit 'back' (or cancel or whatever) to go back and check another resource without using the resource crate.

Guess we're lucky on Infinity, our best is 968.

Intrepid's best is Epoogyl at 992 oq. Spawned way back in 2003. Last auction for Epoogyl was a buyout for 200 cpu.
