If you register (its free) then click on "Find Resources" you can select your galaxy and do a search for whatever type of resource you want (current and old). The can then sort the list by what stats you are looking for.

Also, if you are usign a 30k resource kit, and I am guessing you are.... you can see the stats of the resouce on that before you use it - so if you don't mind spending 10mins or so you can check that as well.
