Thread: Those new Bounty Hunter Power Cells are unreal

Last night I was given some +163 damage -8 sac ones and asked to make an Elite Carbine from them. With them and using some old preCU stock and scope I was able to make a 447/1063 damage 73sac 2.19 speed Elite Carbine with 17 Accuracy. Energy damage. So I think it is the new scope or stock that switches the damage to blast. At least this one turned out all right.
Still in shock. And +163 is pretty low compared to some of the others that I'm now seeing. Looks like a lot of people are going to retemplate to BH to get a hold of this stuff.
