Greetings,
Lately I have been dropping huge cred on my server buying Laser & Elite Krayt Carbines. Hoping for a damage slice of course. I hear alot of talk about loot drops enhancing carbines, but I'm not sure what exactly i should be looking for.
I know about Krayt tissue. What I'm not clear on is which items from the Imp Themepark would help a carbine. What is their title exactly? Lets say I wanted to make a high end Laser/Elite. What ideally should I hunt for to make it better? Looking for high Accuracy, Damage, Wound %, etc... Speed is not a factor. Also, how should I go about instructing my WS to use experimentation points to make a gun fitting these requirements?
I hear talk of looted exceptional stocks/scopes and such. Are the player made ones better than the loot dropped? What are the stats of the ones found at the Imp theme? I see stocks all over the place, but I'm not sure which are the right ones. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Form-fitted stock from themepark (~15 damage less than crafted, but improves speed by .5 instead of penalizing it by .4-.6, also has better accuracy and wound), and krayt tissue. The themepark scopes suck, don't bother with them.
Legendary/exceptional stocks and scopes are so rare that the vast majority of players will never see one.

Thanks for the response. 15 damage reduction seems insignificant. How should the smith go about experimentating on the rest of the components to make the accuracy higher? To make a +90 acc carbine, how much overall would the damage suffer? And just so I'm clear, the items you want from imp theme are called "form-fitted stocks"? Thanks.

Yes, "form-fitted stock" or you can just say "themepark stocks" and most people will know what you mean.
Best accuracy with least suckage is from an advanced scope with max range experimentation andthe rest in HAM (I can get them to 39 accuracy 13 HAM with 12 experiment points and a bit of luck), and advanced barrel with max damage and the rest in range (mine go to +18 or something). Adv barrel is like 0.1 slower than regular barrel but that won't matter if you use the themepark stock or have a lot of carbine speed skill.
Experimenting accuracy on the final weapon combine has very little effect. Max damage first, then put the rest into durability or accuracy. Personally I would go with durability; you want the weapon to last as long as possible with all the expensive parts you're putting into it, and the accuracy will be plenty high if you used adv scope/barrel and a themepark stock.
