Sure they can, just like any other player, thier success rate is the same as yours, or the next guy. The only difference would be the quality of the tool. Although I am not sure how accurate it really is.

Look ont he bazaar, you'll find weapon repair kits, under the tools tab. If there aren't any there, find an artisan iwth at least dom4 and eng4. They can make them well.

Actually, Master Weaponsmiths have a HIGHER rate of success on weapon repairs (as do Master Armorsmiths on armor repairs)...check the patch notes from the past couple of months and you'll find what I'm talking about.

What is the process of Weapon smith repairing weapons. If they mess up is the weapon destroyed?

well, there are different lvl's of failure....some tiemes it takes just minor blemishs and then a little bit is cut off the Condition and its ok other then that... i ve had it cut a LOT off the condition 200-400 but teh damage and speed stay the same. ive had it cut down on the condition alot and the damage and speed alot....and then there is the crit fail where you dont repair the weapons and it falls apart.
