I found out yesterday that a lot of our reosurces (me and my partner) were missing from one of out storegae houses. Probably 1 million of Irolunn gas (2nd best ever on server 907 OQ), 1 million Ostrine (best on server), lots of correlian wood, all alantium and lots of various ore. Probably 5 million resources or more.

Everything were stored in packs and some packs are completly missing others are empty and some have some resources left.

I was hoping they would be back after server restart but they were not.

Have sent a CSR ticket and see what they have to say.

Have anyone had this problem and were you able to get your resources back?

I am happy that I have stored a lot of resources on a vendor so they are safe. This is a huge blow to my crafting.

I've had the contents of backs in my house dissapear before, but they always reappeared the next day. I had stuff in the stockroom of my vendor dissapear to never return though. I send CSR a ticket and they so helpfully said tough luck (they said it a bit more politely, but that is the gist) and informed me that items in the stockroom are deleted after 7 days.... gee wasn't it so nice of them to not bother telling anyone about that little detail. I don't think they even got that right though.... I've had some things hang around in the stockroom longer than 7 days. Now I make sure to pull everything out of the stockroom in under a week, and haven't had a problem in a while.

Sorry to say this, But the last time I something like this happen. My buddie gave Admin to the wrong person.

Jeez I can't even imagine. I had a bag of acklay bones disappear but restart brought them back. I don't know of any other tricks to try. I wish ya the best of luck with the c(non)sr's.
