Sorry to ask but I am totally lost, Where are there power conditioners that i can make for the stun batons ?

or find a Master Artisan to sell you some if you would rather not make them

If you have a buddy that is a Master Artisan, get him/her to make you a schematic using your materials so you can make them in your equipment factory. Or ask around for a MA that will make you a schematic and not take your first born to do it. If you can't find someone, and you are on Flurry, give me a tell or email, I will be glad to help you out.
