Does the quality of a control unit effect the quality of the weapon/ experimentation in any way? I dont see any stats tied to the unit itself.

Not that I'm aware of. I've made lances with +4 quality, and -5 quality. I've seen no difference that I can't account for..

Trust it makes zero difference I can produce identical weapons using both a high quality and crappy as CU. The only difference is that one cost me more to make!
