I recently looted a couple sets of reinforcement cores that are in the high 40s and some Sword Cores that are 33min and 57max damage. Could you experienced WS give me some advice as to what to put them in? Thanks in advance!

Sythe blades Require Geo sword cores.. I would keep those good ones for those.

As for geo reinforcement cores... Anything you wish I suppose. Power hammer might be a good option.

Thanks devero ~ any insight from the WS community into what the actual numbers (min/max damage) may turn out to for a power hammer using those cores?

Thanks again!

I usually destroy looted geno cores, they are usually not that good, and as for using the few good ones in a sythe, wont work, must be 2 cores from a factory crate.

Hmm.. I guess the 12 sythes I've made dont exist then.

They only need to have the same serial numbers. You can get 2, 4 6.. or so identical cores as loot.

Same for Nym's loot.

Hmm, I usually destroy mine as well, but folks told me that the 45min 47max ones that I picked up are better than anything that can be crafted. Is there any validity to this? A WS told me that 42 was pretty much the max that could be crafted. Just wondering what kind of boost the extra 5 points in Max Damage will equate to once the hammer is complete. Thanks again for all the great info!

My adv sword cores are 42/42 dmg. If you use a geo core in a regular weapon, the minimum dmg will hurt you. It is better to use a good, regular sword core.

But sythe blades require geo cores. And since i get a lot more looted cores donates for crafting than I get power cubes to make geo cores with a schematic, I use them. I even keep one set of low level 25 cores for pesky, onery, rude customers that I want to get rid of. *sigh* .. they generally dont notice and are still all googley-eyed with their new sythe blades.

Ah well.

didn't know that they worked, I just took the shematic literally and use them from factory crate. I'll keep my eye out for good ones now

Well, now that the debate of craftin' Scythes w/ cores is resolved , can anyone provide some insight into the actual min/max numbers that will stick on a PH crafted with the cores.

*A FEW QUESTIONS*

When you guys craft core, what kind of cubes do you use? I use yellow when I can, but usually green

What would a sword core schematic go for? and a reinforced schematic go for?

whats good stats on a sliced sythe? I've got on that I THINK is good, ill post stats when I get home

I'm at work so I don't have exact stats, but as I remember the range mods on the geo stuff is better (+20 ideal as opposed to say +5 in a crafted core). So you get a more accurate weapon with lower damage stats. Of course the higher damage stats sell better (and for more credits).
