I'm currently working on mastering pistoleer so I can drop it, but I intend on keeping master smuggler. The next profession I plan on taking up is weaponsmith, and I'd like to know ahead of time exactly how many resources it'll take me to grind to master. I'd like to get a head start and place my harvesters right now. I've tried using the search function, but I haven't found the exact info I'm looking for, and I've also checked the FAQ. (but not thoroughly hehe)

FYI it also depends what you plan on grinding to hit MWS... at the time I had to grind there was no Hvy Warhead Mech resources to be had at reasonable prices so i did projectile Rifle barrels ( only uses steel) ...you need around 900k xp to grind to Master so thats roughly 450k of steel you will need if you do it the same way i did
