I've got 4 of these guys. They all have the same serial no. they all say max:20 So, what should I do with them? Got them off a bounty.

If you are on bloodfin...give them to me 
If not, sell them to a weaponsmith for whatever they'll give you. They are components that you add to a power handler to get +20 damage on the weapon.

What did you get them off of? Items like that would be pretty nice to have.

Apparently bounty hunter mission marks drop them. So do those missions, BH's.

What are they? I know they are used for weapon manufacturing. How much are they going for? I just looted 3 from a mark.

I looted a few sets of these today on lok +20 and a few +25's. it says it can be added to a blaster power handler. Are these any good? Or are they like a poor mans Krayt tissue?
Any help on this would be great.

still cool though.. even +20 on your best made weapon is noticable.
