I just posted on WS repair when I saw this thread. Get a 99.99 repair tool, fix Scythe, go on your way. We have (I am mWS with FS repair and BE clothing for repair totaling about +17) no better chance than you do to repair items.

Now, in game I carry (99.99) repair tools on me and will gladly seperate the uBB3r l337 n00b from his credits and repair his weapons for a small fee.But honestly, what should matter as in a WS can repair weapons better than a non WS (same for AS) is bunk. With all my bonuses I broke a nice DRX-6 rifle last night. *shrug* It happens.

One last note, one thing that many ppl feel DOES affect repair is power-ups and slicing on a weapon. Remove the power-up if your paranoid, but again, not much of a difference imo.
