I come to think about this yesterday. I had a bunch of various loot components (geo cores, NS VU etc) which have higher min than max. There will be no danger of min damage to be higher than max damage, however maybe it is possible to get a CSR to swap stats. But not sure if they will do that. Anyone tried?

Even if higher min in many cases are better than max dam we all know what sells best to the majority of buyers

I have had the CSR's fix 4 sets of loose geno cores for me, no issues

How do you go about contacting them to switch them and what do you do with them for them to do it?

I sent in a csr ticket using the Character and then House/Shop categories. I told them exactly how many and what they were to be reversed, gave the waypoint to the bags I left them in, and titled the bag with the prefix *CSR*.

They reversed them (yellow cubes and cores)several hours later.
