No weapons do this kind of damage... perhaps it denotes resistance to traps?

I see a lot of enemies that resist it and I wear plenty of armor that has bonuses in it, but does anyone know what weapons can do Restraint damage?

I have always guessed that it was the "posture down" attacks that was restraint....please, I have no facts to support it - this is merely a guess...
