Greetings weaponsmiths.

Im currious to know what exactly rancor teeth,vibro motors,krayte stuff.ect does for 1 handed melee weapons. Im currently hunting these items for my upcoming set of weapons.

Are they even worth doing?

Does the weapon ham cost go up or down?

How many items are needed for each weapon? Vibro blade;curved sword;ryyk blade;graderiffi baton;stun baton?

Im very interested in making some wicked one handed weapons. i have no weapon crafting skills so i need a compinent weaponsmith to work with me on this task.

Okay, Rancor teeth are used in place of sword cores, so any sword that uses them (most) can benefit from them... if they're decent. Most rancor teeth are actually worse than the advanced sword cores I can make even now as a not-quite-master. There was recently an auction for 10 of them with like +98 max damage.. THOSE were nice. but anything that's +50 or less max damage is worthless.

Generally swords only require one sword core/tooth. The exception being the two-handed cleaver requiring 2 identical ones.

Vibro motors are blade vibro unit enhancements, generally increasing max damage around +20 (Which is about the best I've seen). Vibroblades only require one blade vibro unit and thus only one motor. However, the more components you bring the greater the chance of getting a "perfect" weapon.

Let me just add that the HAM costs are based on the enhancement itself... compared to most normal weapons YES enhancements add HAM costs.

Also, there is no upgrade for gaffi sticks or stun batons...

ok great ty very much for all your help. It seems to me not worth it to hunt for these items. because ham cost are so important +20 max dont seem worth the ham cost or the hunt for the rancor.

I was hoping fora awsome stun baton most of all but i guese that is out of the question. :-(

I hope sooner or later sombody can make a uber stun baton.
