so does ur assembly mod, bespin, bonusfromresearch centeretc counts if u hav it? i mean u will get amazing success anyway, or do i miss something?

No idea. Pre-CU it helped so you didnt get crit failures but those were removed form the game many months ago. I am getting it because i already unlocked it and maybe someday it will do sometrhing if it doesnt now. The quest to get it is simple and pretty fun actualy.
