Second, the tissues you have arent close to enough for dmg cap. Im not sure what is required, but something close to 150-200 depending on what demands you have regarding sac/speed.
+30 dmg is the min for tissues, so you have just barely better than minimum.

For the record the Yellow cubes are 4% min:13 max: 24, also hav some with min: 12 max: 15 4%
Back to the tissues....doh! The tissues are marked with yellow text so I tought they where good. Guess I have to keep looking then.

Yeah they must be Pre-CU tissues, the base stats were 30max -0.3 so anything over that was usually yellow text.

All that being said, you don't need +150 tissue to get a good carbine. you're +40 won't do much good (espacially compared to pre-CU components), but were you to get +100 or so range.....
in fact you only need something in the +75 range to reach the slicing cap of 1046 max damage (with lvl 3 damage slice) or +105 or so (with a lvl 2 damage slice which is ALOT easier to get). Of course, if you want to reach the crafting cap of 1063 max damage then you need about +170 or so ![]()
Btw, these tissues (not the +170) are not so hard to come by now, most drops are in the +80 and over range....
