Hi, I would like to know the required tissues to get a carbine, Elite or E11 M2, cappedinDMG andSACwith speed under 2.25. I am guessing it will require 180+ dmg tissues, but i really have no idea.

Find the best possible WS on your server, have a look at his carbines then subtrack the max dam from max dam cap htatll give you the damage on tissues you need.

Having that low speed might be hard to do when you want the sac capped (as low sac is a tradeof for higher speed), but with very nice tissues it could probably be done, thou I havent really tried this myself

Weaponsmith of our guild can make E11 mk2 carabine with sac 73, damage around 1000 & speed about 2,32 unsliced with tissues much less then 180... With damage slice it can be easily caped on damage i think. I can't tell you which tissues did he use (professional secret)... And he didn't use tissues from customers, he crates weapons from tissues looted only by guild (RP rulezz!)

ah, u can't slice carbs up to the crafting damage cap

, only to around 1046 or so and crafting damage cap is 1063. I'd say its server dependent. approx 175-180 I'd say, and if u want to be extra safe, go with the 180s.

Just did an E11M2 no more than 15 minutes ago with +171's -0.60 and it came out 440-1063 2.37 73 17. Don't bother having the WS waste precious points on speed whatsoever. Speed can be obtained with tapes and slices, damage and sac can't. Anyone looking to buy a carbine of this calibre probably also has the resources to obtain a couple 25's for more speed.
