Thread: Wouldn't it be cool if....
- Create weapons in less defined manner. Meaning, being able to make a pistol that looks like a DL44, but shoots acid and has AP1? Stuff a flamethrower into a carbine chassis?
- Get lucky with experimentation and create exceptional or legendary weapons?
- Make DoT weapons?
- Use components to enhance the armor piercing ability of weapons (rancor tooth with +1 for AP)
- Put blaster power handlers and feed mechs in the same pistol (oh yeah, I forgot that this was a "mistake" and now pistoleer sucks).

I am refering to actually enhancing the base saber.
Forget about pearls and crystals for just one moment. As this is a hot topic for discussion on other threads.
Imagine if you could add an enhancing loot item to improve the crystal packs that are needed to make a saber. The only additional crafted component.
I have recently reaquired sabers 0444. Upon trying to craft a new saber I find I can get it nowhere near the stats of my current saber. My problem is based on one of the few "nice" things that have happened Jedi recently. My SAC got lowered on my saber to 100. Though when I originally crafted it it was higher, 120ish I think. So unless I go master lightsabers, or acrafting outfit with relevant CA's, I doubt I could ever make a better one.

Certainly another option there. Hadn't thought of that one. Good idea.
Perhaps the options of other alterations or modifications to the saber if we were able to experiment on them.
