That fella is a credit to the SWG Customer Service Department. He is "Johnny On The Spot" with his support and seems to go the extra mile for the customer. I have dealt with him before in game and he still exceed any standard I have seen a CSR meet and sets quite the example for his co-workers.


The guy could have just gave me a canned answer but went to his supervisor to resolve an in game issue I experienced.


We always here about the poor Customer Service, as that is what usually stands out. But in this thread, lets hear from those that have had positive experiences with CSR's and give them some Kudo's for a change instead of always reading about the negative in the forums here.



A big thank you CSR PrestonB for your assistance and I hope they give you a pay raise bro.

you must be the only one who has positive things to report cos this thread looks pretty dead, lol.



if this guys good, then good, i'll pester him next time something is wrong and i might get something done about it lol. i won't count on it though.

Dude! PrestonB is the MAN!


Did he make Waynes World jokes for you too?


We called upon him when stuck outside the jetpack room in the DWB, he came IG for us, fixed the BH armor we had (it was pre-cu looted before they made the option to break it down) and let us in the room. Then, when the room bugged on us and kicked us out early, he brought us back down and restored all our components.



PrestonB is awesome.

ok what server is this csr on and more importantly why aren't there more like him. I haven't had a single item replaced or problem even remotely solved in about the past 20 tickets that i've opened. (I'm always polite and document everything to the letter and still i get no where).


I wish that the csrs on my server were even half as responsive as this guy is reported to be.

CSR-ChrisG on Radiant



He has been all over for me over the past months... He has been the best CSR I have seen. I have had a number of problems that have happened of the last few months the biggest and best was a bug ate some enhanced powercells of mine and he couldn't bring them back to life, so he reimbursed me the cost of getting new ones. There have been several other issues, incuding a factory bug that ate some krayt tissues. he went and killed krayts for me untill they were replaced. there have ben other things too.

I had mainly positive experience with the CSRs, except those nasty standard replys.
