Thread: Anyone try Dmg/Spd Cap with 100% crit slice and a sac pup?

I'm thinking about doing this for an ALR. I'd like some opinions if possible.

anyone know if this would be a viable setup for an adv laser rifle?

Sounds great to me; esp if you use a good looted barrel which would raise the accuracy enough to completely negate the SAC powerup on the rifle.
Using a pre-cu stock (if you can get ahold of any) and assuming you actually could cap the damage AND speed, you still may be able to make a rifle with around 90 SAC using a BH power cell with full speed experimented on the components.

ok, wont be for awhile though, I wont be making any more weps till i master fs crafting. But I do have all the best components and resources so I'll give it a try.

I've gotten ahold of a feather fwg, alittle above the damage cap and at spd cap. Since that type of weapon has acc bonus, the sac pup doesn't hinder it at all. I did the full crit slice, only option i could do really. To be honest, i'm not impressed. Thecrit adds bout 200 damage (give or take). Only time it really shines is with adv crit from bh. I haven't used it in pvp yet, but i'd think it would be great since it's kenetic damage, unless they have assualt armor... still the damage is nothing compared to a melee weapon + armor break.
