Im very very sorry, but you have to unstack the enhancers before running your factory otherwise you will end up with only one item produced. I cant help you with anything, but encouraging you to read this board every day as bugs like this have been reported multiple times.

I know this is no comfort, but thats the best I can do

What do you think they are going to say on my ticket, if I get the reputation as a thef because of something that I could not posably have forseen (factorys unstack things out of crates) isent that game breaking in the worst way.....do you think that if I have to tell this guy in the morning that his enhancment stack is simply GONE!! and I haveno proof that I didnt simply pocket them that he wount be on these forums in a second spreading the word that I steal?

Well, I seem to remember other peopel reportig that the CSRs didnt reimburse the lost item. I myself got told by a CSR that he couldnt reimburse me cause he couldnt check if I was telling the truth back when factries would eat components if you had forgotten one of the resources so I guess you are out of luck (though perhaps you get hold of a nice CSR so keep your fingers crossed)

If he accuses you of stealing you can send him to the WS board as this is a known issue
