Hi I got my first factory run of laser rifles wich turned out not bad at 6.1 speed and 434 max damage

I sliced em and got a bunch of 30%+ damage slices, so some of em are over 550 max damage wich is quite good I think.

was wondering how much I could ask for a laser rifle like that...

up, I need to know as I'm running a shop of sliced weapons, and it seems I never saw that good laser rifles in large series

This is my own personal opinion. I have a Master Smug alt and the most I'll charge for something like this is the same price as the weapon + the slice. So, if the weapon was 10000 and the slice was 30%, I'd charge 13000. If I'm feeling froggy, I'd bump it up to the nearest 5k. So, 15000.

That said, toss it up at a high price like 25k or something, and see how it sells. You can always adjust your prices.

Just my thoughts.

I normally list 30% slices for 3x retail. So a 15K laser rifle would be about 45K. Sure, you could buy three at retail for 15K each, but what are your chances of getting a 30% slice on one? Not very good. So that premium is for the convenience of a guaranteed preslice.

heck for a +30% slice on optimum stat I'd go as high as 4-5X depending on gun, laser prob not especially that one since mine started with 464max and 6.0 spd and hits 807 pwp'd

Also a high end laser w/o pwp should be around 600 max damage

well, it seems on eclipse we don't think the same way.

the process of buying multiple weapons and get em sliced - and hope for luck is important.

so as I run my sliced weapons shop, I solve the "luck" problem so you don't need to buy 10 weapons and hope that one might get the slice you want.

as said, I rarely seen 560+ max damage lasers, 30% + slices are quite rare, so it'd be fair to spice up the price abit.

it seems that such rifles go for several hundred thousands credits on eclipse, I think now that I've seen the prices on other rifles, than somewhere between 200k and 400k would be fair -at least on eclipse- , regarding to other sellers's prices.

cause the formula isn't weapon price + slice price

it's more like weapon price + (slice price * slice stat rarity)

or something like that.

The problem with Laser Rifles is that... they're Laser Rifles.

I'm a Master Rifleman, and I own one Laser Rifle. Hand crafted with stock and scope for looks. Hits around 780 PUd. Never fired it once. I have T21s for that.

Not knocking your product, its a damn fine rifle, but still not one that I'd be placing in my inventory.

yea I understand that, my personnal one does 680+ max damage as well, but hey, those are hell exceptionnal (never seen better in 7 months), I mean 570+ damage laser rifle is still quite, well, very good (oh yea, my alt's master rifleman btw) regarding those I saw. the laser rifle's base here are around 390/400 max damage on eclipse, lately. Mines do 434 max damage, base, got a few 30ish damage slices on all my serie, so as it's a good serie, regarding the usual stats I see on eclipse, and as I landed some nice slices on, I think they might worth something, not willing to ask 1M for em of course (although I have NO doubt some people would be ready to offer even more, wouldn't be fair IMO), but as I never saw such rifles, I was wondering what I could get for.

somewhere between 200 and 400K sounds fair for me, I'd buy one if I see one like that for that price, wouldn't think it's overpriced, neither underpriced.

Wow, perhaps Eclipse is hyperinflated, but I'd have a hard time charging (or spending) 200-400K fora normal, unenhanced, nonloot rifle, even with a good slice. The most I'd personally sell one for is about 100K, and that's onlywith a 35% slice, and on a vendor. But if you can find willing buyers, as you say, in an auction or whatever, more power to ya!

yea, eclipse economy is crewed by a few rich peeps

like check an auction for WS experiment or medic experiment, or krayt tissues or so. always like that:

auctionner: "min bid is 100k"
bid 1: "min bid"
bid 2: "800k"
bid 3: "2 millions"

etc.... I saw a +8 weapon experimentation tape go for 44 millions

just insane regarding to what extra tape give you, (50 more condition or a few more accuracy, the big deal)

good ressources go for 50 to 100 cpu, even saw an avian meat go for 200 cpu

Smugglers start to charge 10k/slice

docs are starting to go over 10k/buff

people just don't believe me when I say I bought 19 krayt tissues for 100k (100k for all, not per tissue)
