Thread: Why Would a Acklay power hammer made 6 months ago lose 10% of its damage?

I had acklay power hammer made with Best possible ingredients and a 175 175 acklay bone. It came out to 273-599. I had it speed sliced to 4.0. I have been using it for months. Its 600/800 condition and 273-538 damage IE lost 61 damage on max.
WTH is up?

You most likely used the PH down to 100 condition or so, and didnt notice that the max damage actually decreased, then upon repair it didnt' go back up to what it was before.
Lesson?
Repair around 300 condition, or at least before 250.

yeah , once a weapons gets to the 25% level of condition, it loses its stats and they dont come back/ Same thing happens with armor

I think this depends ont he repair. I have a set of VK's that was at 600 condition. I used them down to about 50 condition. Max condition was 230 and by the time is was ready to be repaired it was at 207. Upon repair. Successful repair it went back to 230. But I did this with my RB. condition was 120/950 and max went from 212 to 190's. I had a marginal repair and it went to 208 max after the repair. only done testing with these 2 weapons so not extremely accurate.

Don't just watch the Condition. When a weapon gets really low on Condition, it's damage stats can go down into the dirt. I had an old T21 I used for whacking lairs with. It was well used, so I just let it keep wearing out. When it got down to 74 condition, I noticed it was down to 97 Max Dmg too.
Test this with a weapon you have repaird several times and let the old weapon wear completely out. Watch the dmg stats go into the dirt.

Great info thanks guys.. I knew about the Armor stats but not Weapons!
