So being a novice weaponsmith on Scylla, I'm curious as to what static (non-player) cities have Weaponsmith NPC trainers in them, in case I can't find someone to train me as I grind up the tree. I've been city-hopping until I want to punch the ticket droid... maybe I'm looking in the wrong spots. Can someone help? Thanks a ton!
