I am at a loss. I am a master weaponsmith for a week now. But I'm completely clueless about the reason why when i am making the T21 rifle as to why there are only 6 bars in teh damage line? Can anyone tell me why that is, or is it because of the resources I'm using or is that to keep it at a lower damage rating. Or can I raise that with more experimentation points? Please can someone help me with this. When i experiment out i get to 8.2s with a max dmg of 390. I know that's not even close to where i'm supposed to be.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like ya need better resources,the bar stops at the cap based on the resources yer using.

If yer stats are below your server norm,then better resources are out there somewhere .
