Hi,

A weaponsmith I know says that these are a dropped item? what drops them??

I want him to make me a t21 with one.

Far as I know, they're not a dropped item. They come from the imperial theme park; the first person gives either them or some high caliber projectile rifle barrels to you at the end of her set of missions. They're 25-30 min/max, so nothing to compare to a good Adv. Stock (which are 40 min/max), but they're also -.5 speed rather than the .3ish that most adv. stocks hover around. For a T21, you're better off using advanced stocks, as a speed capped rifleman cares not for the speed of his weapon, only the damage. However, they're nice for things like LLC's or Flamethrowers.

i would really say that that is incorrect. if a rifleman doesn't care about no ham cost for his rifle then thats a mistake. instead of 95+ on mind cost your cost is gonna be around 65... and that is definitely worth the 10points of dmg. Yet that is just my opinion.i like to be able to spam all my specials.
