On the first part.
30 pistols can be made from the Sonic Pistol Schematic. That is presuming you run each of the uses thru a factory and you only make them using 7 identical power cubes.

On the second part.
Here is how it works. You get the looted schematic and learn it. Now it is in your datapad. When you make the first schematic for a factory with it make sure you have 7 identical power cubes, pistol barrels, and Power Handlers. This will allow you to make 1 schematic and 6 pistols to sell. You do not have to use all the uses at once. Next time you get the power cubes to make another batch simply repeat. You can do this 5 times before the schematic disappears from you datapad.
