Here is what I am looking for:
A DH17 Carbine. Looking for 75-100 min damage, 225+ max damage. Under 25 in all HAM. Speed 3.5 or lower.]
An EE3 Carbine. 75-100 minimum, 200+ maximum (Is this possible?). Lower than 3.0 speed.
A Laser Carbine. 125 minimum damage, 325+ max. lower than 3.5 speed.
ALl unsliced, if one stat cannot be done please use the experimentation points in something else (I.E., if you cant get the damage on the laser to 325, put the experiment on speed to hit faster.) Name your price. Will pay much more for krayt enhanced.
Paying 25k (Or higher) for the following guns (I am not sure if it is even possible to make these), much more for krayt enhanced.
Laser carbine. 100-150 minimum damage, 375+ max. Decent HAM cost. 3.2 or lower speed.
EE3 Carbine. 125-150 min, 300+. Decent ham. Lower than 2.8 speed.
Or post a good carbine you have for sale.

Also for future reference Damage and Speed are part of the SAME experimentation line,so they cant be affected seperatly.Good Luck finding these.
