Yeah only wookiee's get the certification. You don't even need to be a marksman wookiee to get cert, its like a CDEF

You also have to be a wookiee to use it, in case you didn't know.

1. for certified u have to be a Wookie 
like me ..
2. the best Bowcaster is making by a Master ARTISAN with components from a Master WS
3. i hope a CU the Bowcaster is more useful
