Thread: WARNING Using Krayt Tissues ? then you better read this !

Krayt tissues are now stackable (looted since CU). So if you have, say, 10 tissues they will only appear as one item. All fine and dandy you may think, less storage too. However....
Someone forgot to tell the factories that these things now stack, and are not one item.
I put a stack of 5 tissues into the factory to run of some ABPH's. After a few minutes, I got an email telling me the factory had run out of Krayt Dragon tissues, 1 item was made.
I thought this was a bit odd, then realised I probably needed to just unstack the tissues inside the factory. So when I went to check the factory, I was a little shocked (to say the least) to find all the tissues had gone. The entire stack of 5 was counted as 1 item, so I only got 1 x ABPH instead of 5.
I filed a ticket, and heres hoping I get my missing 4 tissues back.
So be warned, until they fix this (if ?) unstack everything you put into your factories.

it has already been stated many times that you must unstack the tissues to use them. i'm sorry for your loss, and i hope they will do something for you, but don't get your hopes up. this is not a bug and will likely not be "fixed".

How is this not a bug? It is intentional that a factory will use 5 of something and count it as one?

The SAME exact thing happened to me 
I wasn't aware that this pertained to factories as well.

Go figure, they probably think I want some free tissues or something.
