i have a weaponsmiths tool set and it has mods of assembly +5 experment +3 and repair +5 and has 3 sockets.i have equiped this item and it does not give me 3 extta experemnt points when crafting whats wrong what will i do?

You need 10 extra Weaponsmith Experimentation to get one extra point during the experiment stages.
The toolset only adds +3 Weaponsmith Experimentation, so you need to find another 7 to get one extra point to experiment with.
+20 gives you two extra points, and +25 is the limit (you only get 2 points though). Hence a WS Suit will usually be +20 weap exp.
Don't despair though, as each extra point of Weaponsmith Experimentation gives you a slightly better experimentation roll (i.e. less chance of moderate success)
