C12 needs no cert. C22 and up are Commando.



All the artisans in the Galaxy and I cant get a working pair of binoculars.

Except for wookies. Their C12 cert is broken, so they can use them but do next to no damage with them. Really annoyed a wookie commando who ordered 100k of them (neither he or I knew about this until after delivery - the perils of being a new ws). He was very nice about it though. Paid for them in two installments, and left the second lot as he couldn't use them (but still paid for them)
