Not that I know of, however if you find one, be very careful. When I was playing "Eve", they had a program something a kin of that. And it sent you login and PW to the writer of the program. IE: He got everyones credit card numbers. Was pretty ugly.

I do not use 2nd party software. To many shmucks out there.

I want to be able to test what kind of damage I can get using krayt tissue, looted components etc etc, without having to waste tissue or vibro motors experimenting. Is there a program out there that can do it?

So sim that I know of, but the math isnt hard to do on your own.

For krayt, or any other ENHANCEMENT, just add the affects to an item crafted by you with the same resources, sub-components. That will get you pretty close, but know that moderate successes and failures are like 10x more common with loot components.

For REPLACEMENTS subtract the values given by your normal sub-component and then add in the stats of the replacement.

On a acklay baton, minus your Advanced recore's stats from the final, then add in the bones.

I also wanted to play with resource caps, and how much other looted components can affect the outcome, but I guess I do have to auctually work , thanks though

Should be able to just take your base buids and add up all the mods. e.g. you got a pistol that does 50-100/2.0 - adding a 30 -0.3 tissues roughly more or less turn it to 50-130/1.7. There's rounding in the game but pretty hard to simulate that as we don't see past the first decimal, but it works well enough. That of course assumes all great successes. We all know how messed up moderates are.
