As far as looted components, that's all you can provide.

Your friendly neighbourhood WS should have decent enough components stockpiled.

Just don't blame him for the random Moderate success, or the Crit Fail.....

Any respectable WS should already have the highest quality resources available to craft your SB. You may have to check around and make sure that you get a good, established Smith. I wouldnt hand them over to Johnny "I just got Master WS Yesterday"

Hi I've just aquired some 86-190 acklay bones and now need a weaponsmith to craft me an acklay stun baton.

Is there any other resources I should need to provide for my friendly WS or looted components etc. to make it better?
