You answered your own question in red. You need to loot krayt tissues from krayt dragons.

And if you want a very good carbine, try using +150 tissues or better

So wen I loot them it will tell the exact stats of the tissues? Does the weapon dictate the number of tissues I need or is it the same for every one? Thanx for the help guys!

yes it will tell exact stats on them. Most you'll need is 5 tissues for carbines.
