Thread: Master WS/Master Artisan working on FS crafting...I need some information
As far as I know, all WS items give 2 xp (or 2.1 xp in practice mode). The WS component that gives the most XP at a time is the Heavy Warhead Mechanism, at 777 WS xp in practice mode. To complete one branch of FS crafting you need 1,225,000 FS crafting xp. At the 5 to 1 conversion rate, you'll need 6,125,000 WS xp. Divided by 777 WS xp, that's 7,882.8 warheads (round up to 7,883). The resource requirements are:
Metal (7,883 x 180) = 1,418,940
Thoranium Steel (7,883 x 40) = 315,320
Skevon Reactive Gas (7,883 x 80) = 630,640
Radioactive (7,883 x 50) = 394, 150
Polymer (7,883 x 10) = 78,883
Hydron-3 Inert Gas (7,883 x 10) = 78,883
Total = 2,916,710
Again, please note that this is just for one branch (and there's a total of four branches for FS crafting), and it doesn't count the 50,000 FS crafting xp you need to get the FS crafting 'novice' box.
Hope this information is helpful.

I may reconsider this....
Is it not possible to use combat/weapons XP to buy FS Crafting XP? I surely don't plan on grinding WS out 20 times just got get some better experiment and assembly rolls. Now combat/weapons xp is easy to get.
When you convert crafting xp, it converts specifically to Force Sensitive Crafting xp. I take it to mean this is separate and distinct from FS combat xp. Even with weapon/combat xp it can take a long time to get through six branches.
