Hey guys i would like to know the fastest way to grind weaponsmith and around how long will it take .. thanks

The fastest way is to grind the heavy warhead schematicthat you get for Munitions II. Getting the gas you need to make them can be difficult. The easiest way to grind it is to get 500K steel and grind projectile rifle barrels. I've been at it for a while and I am still collecting and grinding steel daily.
It's too bad that usage XP is so miniscule as there are hundreds of newbies running around using my weapons. Ah well...

Unless you have LOTS of money to waste, just grind steel staves.
Otherwise it'll take a day just ot get the resources.

Heavy warheads is the way to go.
I was lucky enough to have some money when I started the grind so I put a post on the trade forum offering 10cpu for the all the resources I needed. That took away the pain of looking through hundreds of vendors or waiting for the spawns. Did make it a bit expensive though, but you make the money back within days of getting master if you plan your business well.
It took me about 3 evenings of grinding to get to master. Just picked up my laptop, got a good macro, and sat there watching TV while crafting. A fairly painless process.
My business plan involved buying the materials to make good VKs, making about 10 crates and then getting a Master Smuggler to slice the lot for you. Trash all the slices that are <25%. Then set up a sliced VK vendor in a busy area near an outpost on a good PvE planet like Dath. Again this required a bit of money to get going, but it got me making enough money to buy further resources for other weapons very quickly. Within a few weeks you have all the reources you need to make any weapon and can set up vendors selling the full selection of weapons. After a while you will be have harvested a lot of the resources and the amount you are buying will drop off.
May be a bit more info than you asked for and no good if you don't have any money, but it worked for me.
