Can these be enhanced with loot components like tissues, acklay bones, or anything else?

Nym vibro motors enhance VK's. Can be looted from Nym Guards.

more specifically, high powered vibro motors from nym's henchmen will increase the max damage (base is +20 but i guess can be up to like +35). there are two other types but those are pretty much junk. the only drawback is the minimum damage stays the same. NS units can be better than crafted ones in all categories but from what i hear only the queen drops them so these are more rare and much harder to obtain.
