Thread: Repair Weapon...stats drop???!

I had my Proton Rifle repaired and the stats dropped almost in half. Is that something that is supposed to happen? I was getting over 1000 max damage, now I'm getting 600 ish. What's the scoop people?

You probably let the condition go too low before repairing it.
The closer the weapon is to 0 condition, the worse the degradation in stats when you repair it. If you repair it at or just before 25% condition (220/880, say) then there should be no lasting effect on stats. However, if it's below that, there's a permanent reduction in stats. The lower the condition gets before repairing it, the worse the degradation.
