I was just curious if these work exactly like krayt tisssue and gorax shards as enhancers added to the construction of the power handlers or projectile feed mechs, or if these new loot drops actually replaced the power handlers and feed mechs. Basically wondering if you have to use one to make a schematic like the old enhancers, or if you just drop them straight into the weapon combine.

Silly question I know... just going from the examine window on these things and seeing the graphic actually looking like a weapon component made me curious. I saw in the FAQ that these were mentioned but I did not see this discussed in detail.
