Thread: how do I tell my PRE 22 weapon components from my POST weapon components?
Post 22 = so far all are around <20.
Pre 22 scopes make kin => energy = > blast. ie if its kinetic itll become energy, energy becomes blast, useable in fwg5s/scatter pistols to create energy variants.
i find that you miss the sac reduction too much from a crafter stock to warrent using a looted one, even with the sac red cells can give....
cells being as expensive as they are im not so keen on testing it out too much

If you did test it your still better using a form fitted stock
looted stocked are junk imo.
I usually only use crafted ones.
Better using a Form-Fitted. I disagree. I have some 29/29 -.70 speed looted stocks and form fitted are 25/30 -.50 speed.
You get more speed reduction and min damage at the sacrifice of 1dmg pt. Looted stocks FTW!

Depends on the customer and the weapon. I can use looted stock, cap damage, get nice speed and still havel ike 88-89 sac on a rifle. Cap is 82, use a sac pup and a speed slice and you have a very nice rifle. If sac is a priority over all else, then of course a crafted stock is better. I was just debating the form fitted was better than looted. Now give me some of those pre-cu crafted stocks!

Unfortunantly thats a lot experimental points on SAC you need to make up by not have a crafted stock but it depends the application.
The main thing with stocks (and yes the good onesare better than FF without questionto backup one of the earlier posts) is that they raise the min damage. Ultimetly though it is at the cost of action but in some applications its the only way you are going to raise the min.
With some amazing experimentations, you can get a reasonable SAC and a brutal min damage and obviously a capped max damage.
If the cells arent too great damage wise (it 160-170)and they have the full SAC reduction of -8, I let people know that the stocks are are viable options. I let people know thats there are risks associated with the craft in that if it isnt a near perfect (ie amazings) craft, the SAC will be quite far from CAP. Ive had quite a few people say "lets do it" and have got a quite remarkable weapons in the process.
